has anyone gotten a Live Drive II from a Live 5.1 to work with an Audigy sound card?

I have a Live Drive II that came from a SB Live 5.1 (the one with remote) and an SB Audigy sound card.

I can connect the 2 so that the Live Drive works, but 2 problems arise.
1. The remote doesn't work (don't have the software).
2. I lose sound on my speakers except the surround right and the subwoofer (Logitech Z560's).
The fronts and the surround left don't emit sound.

Any clues?

Is the Live Drive 2 the same as the Live Drive IR? I'm using the IR with an audigy and everything works .. well, I don't use the remote so I don't know if that works for sure, but digi out/in, headphones work for sure. And all my speakers work (Klipsch 5.1).

Did you try it without the Live Drive plugged in and see if it works? If so, check the Live Drive cable and make sure it's not damaged.
