Has anyone got a job through applying online on their website?

I think that the chances of getting a job through online is about 0.01%.

You know how if you goto company websites, they have a careers section, if you apply there has anyone got a job? I'm talking about IBM, Samsung, LG, etc.

And how come hookups, personal references, are so much more effective? I don't understand.

I dont like the idea giving out the ssn nbr on applying online. it's scary. Anyone can hacks into webiste and steals all peronsal info... I m not comforable with this..

what do u think? .

if you resume drop online and contact the HR department afterwards, you'll have a better chance at getting an interview

if you're in school, just hit up your career center

Got a job applying online to Boeing...

You have to apply for each job separately though, and I probably applied for 50 different positions starting in July before I graduated and got three calls and three offers in October. Graduated in Dec. 2003 and started working.

So ya, it works, but I sure applied for a lot of jobs.

I got my job via online interview, since that's the only way they do applications.
