Has anyone from Canada ever bought from www.ecost.com?

Ive heard that the shipping cost and customs bring up the cost by a LOT.

Im planning on getting the: VR6070 7.1 Home Theater Receiver with 7.1 Channel THX Surround Home (Manufacturer Refurbished)

Its 195$ US and 273.72$ can. They say free shipping on most items over 25$ will they pay shipping to canada?

The prices are so cheap on this site, are they for real?!!?

Thanks!
Carl

Where are you in Canada? I live about 5 mins from the border, and ship all my US purchases to either my USPS postal box or a parcel service (UPS, Fedex, etc) and then clear customs myself. Works like a charm, and is far easier for the shipper.

I've made purchases from them before and have been pretty happy with the service. They don't have any hidden shipping fees or anything like that. I dont know about have stuff sent to canada, though, I live in the US.
