Has anyone found a 9700 @ their local Best Buy or CompUSA?

I went on Thursday to the mall with sum friends (and of course, checked out best buy). I don't have a CompUSA near me, so I can't comment on that store. But at my best buy they had a 9700, but you could only make a down payment on it (dunno if you could buy it, I didn't ask--didn't really care to because I'd never buy anything computer related from them or any other store for that matter. Newegg.com for me! 😀). If you check out bestbuy.com they have it for $400.
