Has anyone extended their WD hard drive warranties?

Just picked up a cheap WD drive and noticed a card inside asking if you wanted to extend your 1yr warranty to 3yrs for $14.95.

Has anyone done this? With drives being so cheap anymore I don't see a need to do so.

My 100GB WD came with a 3 year warrantee.... I think it was one of the last ones to come w/ 3 years.
