Has anyone ever played commando on the NES?

I posted this in the hardest game ever thread but no one answered.

Is so, has anyone ever found the binoculars in that game? I swear it was a bug in that game and they were never there. It still bugs me.

I never found the binoculars, but that was still an awesome game. Reminds me a lot of gunsmoke, another great game.
