If so, what does it mean? I ran a search over the internet and I can't seem to find a clear-cut meaning. When I searched for Shazam I came across a marvel comic book with a character named Shazam. But when I do a search for Shazaam I come up with a bunch of hits, but nothing that defines what the word means. Can anyone here shed some light for me?
Has anyone ever heard of the word: SHAZAM or SHAZAAM?

Ha! don't think you'll find it in Webster's. More then anything, it was a saying, relating to a comic figure. Kind'a like "all your bases,........" Sorry but can't remember the name of the comic it related to but it'll probably keep me awake for the night. THANKS ALOT!!! j/k
There was a cheesy tv show called "Shazam" on Saturday mornings in the late 70's/early 80's.
Some dork traveled around with an old guy and when there was trouble the dork would go into a Winnebago and "talk" to cartoon Greek Gods (If I remember correctly).
Then he'd yell out: "SHAZAM" and turn into a quasi-superhero wearing a dopey red costume with a lightning bolt on it.
I think that's what is was, or maybe that might have been a flashback of a mescaline trip I had about 10 years ago.
