Has anyone ever gotten their eBay seller account suspended

It was suspended with no warning, with no reason. I was never sent an email or a message. Live help can't help, and I've sent 5 emails within the last three weeks and not a single one of them has been replied to.

I got mine suspended by a vindictive bidder because I didn't have my current phone number on my Ebay account, although I did receive notice that they were going to do it. A few emails later, (from me and the azzhole that reported me) I got my account reinstated.
 
I specified they were preorders. I specified that they wouldn't arrive until the middle of this month. I NEVER COLLECTED ANY MONEY from ANYONE.

Yes. I've had my suspended and it took them freakin' forever to reinstate it. Their policy of 24-48 hours repsponse is complete BS because they responded to me 3-4 weeks after I asked them wtf was going on.

Nope. Definitely allowed. Items must ship within a month of auction ending though.

I'm pretty sure selling preorders is not allowed, but if it's true that items must ship within a month of the auction ending, I don't know why you didnt keep your mouth shut about them being preorders
 
I get emails all the time saying that my ebay account has been suspended, and I don't even have an ebay account. They even provide a helpful link where I can go to enter all my financial information to get it reinstated...
 
There has to be more to the story than just I got my account suspended. They don't just magically go around suspending accounts for the hell of it.
