Has anyone ever gotten mad at you for asking "too many questions?"

I often times will talk to an old friend or even an aquaintance and I'll be asking questions, and just keeping the conversation going. And then out of nowhere they'll be like, "Dude you ask too many questions."

I don't know why but this happens all too often. Does it happen to anyone else?

I assume that if they want me to know they'll tell me.
