i wonder if they would respond to your inquires/complaints .. because im sick and tired of bad service and food sometimes at some places ...!!

has anyone done so and if so, did you get a response from the company .. or know what happens if someone worked at a fast food joint/restaurants ? (mc'd,tacobell, jack in the box, wendy's or restaurants like olive garden, dennys, chilli's etc..)

post up! thanks

well pm me then

seriously... like i just came from jack in the box and i was seriouisly disapointed when the rep does little things wrong.. like forgot to include ketchup/hot sauce or even ask me if i wanted some.. forget to give me my drink and me having to turn around from my neighborhood and driving back.. and then even forgot to give me my reciept!

i mean this is just one instance. and it has happened at other places in the past.. but i dont bother to call and complain cuz i think they will just tell me ''yea we taken the complaint, thanks for your input!"..blah blah..

Yep. Sure do. It seems like around here, they only hire stupid people, because it's rare to get an order right. "They always fvck ya in the drive-thru"
Wendy's is great about taking care of you. Any time I have a legitimate b*tch, they send coupons worth considerably more than I spent, or had a problem with. I don't abuse it, don't make up crap for free food, (come on...it's crap food...and cheap) but I DO complain when they screw up badly. I suppose I should take time to verify the dammed order while sitting at the window, (and make everyone behind me wait while I do so) but I generally don't.

I emailed Carls JR once. It wasnt about the service because hoesntly I dont expect much out of a fast food joint when it comes to service. The email was about how disgusting the store was, dirty floors, dirty tables, flys all over the palce, ect..

They sent me an email back saying they were sorry and were looking into the situation. Never heard anything back from them, but if my email made them look into that stores disgusting conditions then it was worth while.

I get free stuff all the tiem from doing that. Got one restaurant to change their Free Refill policy, get coupons for free stuff at McDonalds and Applebees. I just contact them off their website as the corporate office people are more likely to do something about it than some idiot at the local franchise.

SERIOUSLY .. they work in fast food, cmon now. My fiancee has pushed up the ladder and we've gotten our money back and gift certificates but that in no way guarantees good service. They have a large staff with a very high turn-over. I suggest avoiding it all..

Contact the posted Manager/owner of the place where in incident happened.

If no satisfaction; contact the franchise

No, but I heard they give you special coupons. The employees are trained to make a "special" burger when on of the coupons are presented.

complained to chili;s once for extremely poor service. All I did was fill out this online form. A few weeks later I received a 20 dollar gift card in the mail.

My wife got food poisoning from Krystal's once (surprising, I know!). She got a letter of apology and a little bit of cash.

I once got to witness a BK manager hurl my incorrectly prepared burger at the employees in the back along with a couple of expletives. That was worth it.

I called the Taco Bell # after having repeated problems at the drive through at our local TB.

I don't remember seeing any coupons (hmmm... I'll have to ask the wife..she gets the mail before I see it... hmmm) but I can tell you that there has been a big improvement in their drive through service.

Hmm that is odd, I worked in a Mcdonald's restaurant when I was in high school and if some one complained the food was replaced with no questioned asked. It all revolves around the manager. For example, I have 3 pizza hut's within a fifteen mile radius of me. Pizza Hut "A" is always good. Pizza Hut "B" is good sometimes but more often not good. Pizza Hut "C" would make a billygoat puke ;)

Never. I just don't eat there anymore. Nothing as bad as food poisoning though.

My ex filed a form letter about Applebees at Planet Feedback regarding a menu option. A couple weeks later we got free gift certificates that covered the cost of a meal. The complaint wasn't addressed however.
