Has anyone ever exercised with a Heart Rate Monitor?

Yeah. They have them at the gym I used to work out at on all the cardio machines.

They are OK.

I have sold them, used them and know everything about them. They're just a fun little toy to look at your heartrate. All this talk about working out in a Zone, never mind it. Sh1tcan the HR Monitor, they are virtually useless!
