In my dream I was driving my 4runner and it suddenly got really dark and cloudy. I saw lightning off in the distance and then I could feel or sense that lightning was going to strike nearby.
I remember thinking, "Well, at least I'm safe since I'm in my truck.". Then right away a bolt came down and enveloped the whole truck and hit me to.
Lightning came through into the cabin. It was crazy lightning too. The only way I can describe it is it was a spread like pattern similar to ol' Palpatine's force lightning.
The dream was a lucid dream, which I have once a month or so, where I could feel the pain/shock of the hit and even smell the burning clothes, leather, skin, etc. I do remember looking down at my skin and it not being burned though.
When I was little I used to always have a morbid fascination with what it would be like to get hit with lightning and live, but I've never dreamed about it like this.
Any thoughts other than I'm losing my mind?
