Has anyone ever done a gift card test drive?

I have two emails from Subaru offering a $50 to test drive a Forester, and one for test driving an Impreza. Has anyone done these before? Was it worth it? $100 in Visa GCs would be nice if all I had to do was spend an hour or so test driving at my nearby Subaru dealer. I just bought a car so I have no intent to buy another.
