Has anyone ever bought from Ability Computer?

I want to buy some cables and other things from them, but I hesitate, because they have never responded to my emails and their phone
is always busy. Are these guys reputable? Any bad or good experiences?
Their webpage has said "everything will be back to normal Monday" for over two weeks.

Ability Computers is the same as Ability Wholesale, Inc. Their ResellerRatings is a shady 4.4/7.0. Not the highest in the world, but at the same time not horrible. This is a "caveat emptor" type of place to buy from.

I've bought a couple of things from there,
but that's only because the place is like 30 minutes
or so from my house. I've never been able to get them
on the phone or a hold of them via e-mail, and
my friend (who's done more business with them) hasn't
either. But if you show up at their shop, they're great.
They gave me a refund on a 44cfm Delta (I wanted the 50cfm,
but they were shipped the wrong fan), and my friend one on a motherboard that wouldn't post. So if you order from them, hope
you get the correct and all your items, since you won't be able to get
a hold of them.

I ordered a few rounded cables and some cheap speakers from them with no problem. If it is little stuff like that, then you will be fine. When it is bigger stuff that could break and you need to RMA, then I would have to think about it.
