He's opening another restaurant in Chelsea Market in December, along with Buddhakan, which is being opened by his partner from the Philly restaurant, I believe. Both are going to be HUGE (10,000-17,000 sq ft).

I've been to Nobu. It was a bad night but the management was very apologetic and comp'd us the meal.

Meal was late and one plate was extremely hot and slightly overcooked and the other tepid.
