Has anyone ever been to a mushroom farm?

yeah you pick them early before sunrise, the ones with the red spots on them in the cow poop.

I don't eat them, but in west georgia i hear they grow all over.

I believe that commercial mushroom growers do so underground in caves or artificial caves. A cool, moist and dark environment is exactly what fungus likes. As for the media that the mushrooms are grown on/in, I don't know. Probably pure cow poop or something like that.

Anyone know?
