My sad story :
I have had the same ICQ account for many many years. When I originally set it up, I entered my birthday and then about 6 months ago decided that I didn't want my birthday visible so I went to my ICQ page and tried to remove it. Well, you can't but I decided to just change it to some weird date which made me ~130 years old. The next day I receive a message from ICQ stating that my account will be closed because I must be 13 years or older to have an account...
So anyway they delete my account. For 6 months(!) I have been submitting this problem on their help page and all I get is a automated response. Does anyone know a support address where I can really get thru to someone, I mean I realize this is free software but...
