Has anyone else been cursed with bogus electronics?

Lately, it seems all I've been getting is faulty electronics. Can my luck be that bad, or are the odds of defective electonics going up?

There are more I can't remeber at this moment. But they are usually big and exspensive purchases. Has anyone else had a run of bad luck like this?

My headphones, my iPod, my Nintendo DS had a dead pixel or two on the bottom screen, our 2nd HD cable box decided to blow some DAC or ADC related chip that routes the sound out from analog cable channels, so now we only get sound on channels above 100, my first PSU bit the dust for no reason, so did my motherboard, a hard drive of mine just started clunking after about a year or so, too much shiite to list
