Has anyone done a DDR Duron versus SDR Duron review?

I want to know how much DDR ram helps a Duron. At what clock speed does a Duron take advantage of DDR ram as compared to SDRAM?
 
Wow, That's pretty good. Considering that My Duron will be running at 133 mhz fsb I should get lots of memory performance.

My guess is that a fast Duron should greatly take advantage of DDR ram because its smaller cache.
