Has anyone considered writing (or actually written) Advance Directives for themselves?

About Advance Directives, Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) Orders, Living Wills, and More.

I plan to write one for myself, but it's quite difficult to start.

Has anyone written one or is also considering it in light of all the legal wrangling that can happen otherwise?

Funny thing is that we just got one as a sample for our Wills and Trusts class. You might be able to download a fill-in form (might have to pay though) from your state's website.

Thankfully, my parents are intelligent enough not to put me through the life of a vegetable if that should happen. They would pull the plug.
