Has anyone bought Vista Ultimate OEm from newegg?

I bought the Home Upgrade from CC but luckily I didn't open it yet, seeing as I can get an OEM full version of Ultimate for 199. I talked to a customer service rep on newegg's chat and she said it can be installed multiple times .
 
technically the license says 1 machine (you can change some parts, but not the motherboard...), if you change the motherboard you will have to call microsoft and they might give you an activation code or they might not. Upgrade is likely safer (if you dont plan on changing machines or switching a lot of parts oem is fine). As has been said before OEM is a risk with VISTA (more so then with xp).
