Has anyone bought from 123inkjets.com? I placed an order on 12/31/01 and it still isn't here.

I've already received the order receipt via e-mail and my credit card has been charged, as well as made a couple order status requests to which none have been replied. I can't seem to find a number to call as well. Also, they don't provide a tracking number which is frustarating. :|
