I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum for this, but I felt I needed to share my experience. I recently emailed these guys asking how many of a particular board they had in stock. They replied with a pricing quote with no mention of availability. The quote was also about $130 more than the price they had listed on the site. So I replied to their email asking again for the quantity available and why the quote was significantly higher than the price that's listed on their site. They told me that the board listed on their site was refurbished, and that they were quoting me the price for the board in new condition since they did not have any of the refurbished boards in stock. I found this to be absolutely crazy since no where on the product page did it state that it was refurbished. The particular board is available refurbished from other retailers, but there is a specific part number for the refurb board, and they had the part number listed for the NEW board. So I emailed them yet again asking how I am suppose to know when buying a motherboard from their website if it is new or refurbished. They replied stating that "if the board is EOL, than you should assume it's refurbished". I find this to be completely unacceptable for a number of reasons. Anyhow, I was just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences with these guys. I was under the impression they were a reputable retailer but it seems crazy to me to sell a refurb board but list it as a new product.

With replies like that I wouldn't touch them with a 10 ft. pole. What board were you looking at?

looking at their prices they really aren't that cheap. i'd go elsewhere. i can get a memory kit for my motherboard for half their price at newegg.
