has anybody tried ehit.com to rent movies online?

i wanted to rent some asian movies that I've been wanting to see for a long time, the turnaround was about 4 days

My 10 day trial is ending tomorrow, so I went on the website to cancel

The only way to contact them is through email, do they not have a number??

I wanted to talk to a person to make sure my account gets cancelled. I emailed them anyway, hopefully they get it and respond accordingly

Seriously, I'd say they sound pretty shady if they don't even have a phone number you can call.
