I received a call this afternoon from a recruiter from The Boylston Group, an IT recruiting firm, regarding a position doing some web development. I do realize this company is related to a bunch of other IT recruiting firms such as Macarthur and Remington, as well as the website Techiegold. I was using Techiegold for a while, but decided to close it since I wasn't getting much from them. I suppose they got my resume/information from Monster, especially since I updated a few things on it recently.
Does anybody have anymore insight to The Boylston Group or its sister companies in how they recruit candidates?
Has anybody gotten employment through them?
Is it worth my time to work with them, or should I be wary of these companies?
I did some research, and of course, there are some negative comments about them (there were comments on F***edcompany's website-you can search there using Techiegold). But I wanted to get input from job seekers who used their services.
