Has anybody received a "Security Update" email from Ebay lately? (SCAM?)

I've received two emails supposedly from Ebay titled "Security Update" which asks the following:

"For security reasons please re-enter your user ID and password. "

The email looks very professional, has the Ebay logo, and links to various services offered by Ebay (such as Feedback Forums) The sender email address is "aw-confirm@ebay.com"

I'm still not going to enter this info as I've never received an email like this before from Ebay in the 4 or 5 years my account has been with them. Just curious if anyone else has received this email in the past few days...

eBay email scams are looking more and more believable lately. i feel really bad for the non-techie/eBay seller who sees this. it looks so damn real and the links usually goto the real eBay pages.

Yep, the links go straight to the Ebay homepage. I typed in "Phuckyou" for my username and "Scammers" for the password and when I hit submit it just took me straight to the homepage with no explanations or "Thank you".

Not...even....a...Thank you... hahah
