Has anybody here read any of Tim Dorsey's books?

They all center around a genius who is pretty much insane, homicidal and obsessed with the state of Florida. They're comedies if you haven't guessed already. I picked one up just out of curiosity one day at the book store because it had a colorful cover(yeah I know, superficial). I figured it would be lame but after reading the summary it sounded pretty good so I bought it. I'm basically hooked on them now.
The main character while crazy and obsessed with all facets of history regarding the state of florida, ends up killing the dregs of society whether on purpose or by accident and the author makes the most hillarious settings for this to take place. It's not even the scum bags you'd be thinking of like crack heads and drug dealers. The guy has waxed child molesting baseball coaches, spring break jock assholes, political scumbags, etc. Usually does so in some inventive way you never see coming until he does it too. Sick humor but it cracks me up.
Anyway, was wondering if anyone else reads this guys stuff or if I'm the only weirdo.

The premise sounds similar to the "Dexter" novels by Jeff Lindsay, which incidentally is also set in Florida (Miami). I highly recommend the books, which have different plot development than the Showtime series btw.

After reading hundreds of books I can still say Atlas Shrugged is the most drawn out horrible reading experience of my life.
