has anybody heard/seen "large" tray icons?

you nkow the system tray, or notification area, the bottom right corner of the screen where the clock is? i saw this bid request on a freelance programmer site and it has a weird requirement: need both large and small tray icons? wtf?! i dont believe i've ever see a "large" tray icon

anybody?
