Ok, obviously we aren't talking about the same person. Heart was the first thing that came to my mind as well.

Wrong. You're thinking of Ann Wilson, the lead singer for Heart. Nancy is her sister, who plays guitar.

it reminds me somewhat of short musical, where it tells a story and you can really picture scenarios with your mind. kind of a mixture of jazz and blues sung in a piano bar. oh i do not know what i am trying to say.
