Oh Valentine's Day...I found a decent deal on a Coach bag for my girlfriend around February 8 and because he only took BidPay, I agreed to pay him through a bank transfer from my WAMU account to his a few days later. Bad mistake.

I received it but it was the wrong item, another Coach bag. We agreed to return it and I would get a refund. I sent it USPS with a D/C asking me to return it to his home address since it would get lost if I sent it back to the warehouse. We talked on AIM quite a lot. Finally, he got it around late Feb/early March and told me the check was on the way. This was more than a month or so ago. It took me some time since I was going back and forth from school. I gave him postive feedback since he kept asking for it over and over and at that time; except for the wrong item; he kept in good contact and I did get a coach bag.

I tried to AIM again a few days ago and this time he blocked me. I couldn't file a report on EBay since it was past the 60 days. Another mistake. I gave him a lot of time as he maintained pretty decent communication. I filed whatever I could with EBay with their useless trust seller resolution thingy and they said they would get back to me within 1-2 days. I looked up the address he asked me to sent it back and it turns out it was his father's address. The Ebay contact phone wasn't working I talked to his father from the number I got from the white pages and just when I was about to finish, Chris came to intervened and said "Go away i love you" and hanged up. He even emailed me just recently saying he never received the item. Well that is fishy because he ended another auction the same day mines did and he received feedback from the person saying the item she received took a long time at around mid March, a month or so after the auction ended. That auction was the item I received wrongly. Im guessing because I had to ship it back to him and then he had to ship it back to her; it took quite some time.

I e-mailed him again and he said the item was shipped and no refunds will be given. He even said he will file a harassment claim which was laughable because I just told his father what had happen very nicely. I called my local police department and gave him his home number. They said they will try to call him again as it was busy when they tried.

I'm quite upset. It seems I have to go to small claims court since the authorities here seem limited to what they can do. If anybody knows him, please tell him to refund me back. I know I did quite a few blunders but that isnt' right at all.

Yea, I knew I did a lot of mistakes but still; it was my money. I have his home address, his contact info, everything. It's like not he ran away with the money.

Sadly, he is still selling stuff on EBay as we speak and I can't even ask EBay to intervene to clear this matter up.

Post his name and phone number in any junk website you can find.
They will take care of the rest.

It was like $100...I know it isn't alot but as book fees and so forth, $100 for a student hits hard. I have been really nice to him as I had his contact info, his address, and his feedback was very good at the time. I asked him to call me back to tell me what is going on. I don't mind at all for him to call me back. Maybe he is short on money but he is selling two very nice camera lens at this time. I wasn't even worried that much that I wouldn't get a refund. The fact he said he didn't receive the item and then a few days later after it was confirmed he received it; there was feedback from another EBAYer saying the item took a long time (1 month) to get...I dunno...fishy.

I have proof he got sent to him and I did indeed have D/C to prove that. All he saids is the items was shipped and no refunds will be given. I do want to bring my boys down but eh, I would rather try to resolve this in a civilized matter. Im open to him to contact me and tell me what's going on but he has not done so.

Was it even a real Coach Bag to begin with? If not, he could be in more serious trouble passing it off as Coach. I know LV takes counterfeit bags more seriously.

If I recall correctly, Laguna Hills is a very expensive planned retirement city. You should be able to get the sheriffs office phone number from their website.

Don't sweat it man, I'm gathering a bunch of triads to go to his home and burn it down, w/ his family in it. I'll be sure to kick whatever pet he has also.

I believe it was a real one. It had the serial number and all but I didn't bother to check since it was the wrong bag.

Here is my auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=63852&item=6741480835

Instead I got this item:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=63852&item=6741480835

You can see from the feedback from the one who actually won the item I received, she gave him positive feedback but noted it took a while to get the item, over a month...and the date she put the feedback...it was almost a week after it was confirmed he received the item I returned to him from USPS. But then he claimed he never received it.

Yea, it's approximately half and hour from Disneysland and Anaheim, CA. Like you stated...very nice place but unfortunately; it's his son not the father I have to deal with. I have called the sheriff but it seems I have to go to my local authorities and then they can file a report through them as a courtesy? crime report. The issue is if its a civilized matter which according to the offer I talked to is suggesting; I have to file a smalls claim and in that case; it isn't worth the time or effort to do so.

LOL...I'm sure he is well off. I don't understand why he is doing this. That area is an extremely rich area.

If its real, then he got it at Coach Outlet or some guy pocketing extra money who works for the FAB in Asia. Half of the Coach bags are made in Italy and China.

He has lots of stuff for sale right now...just a whole mess of miscellaneous things. I would love to hear his side of the story and I have been asking him to at least keep me updated. He sounded like a teenager, maybe up to mid-20s so money can be short...I understand but at least tell me what's going on.

Aren't those two links exactly the same? Did you really buy a yellow signature bag??

With Coach, it's easy to spot a fake by looking inside the bag. I've never seen a fake with the orange lining inside.
