Has anybody done Systems Support?

I'm just about to start Systems Support Level 3 at college. I have just been accepted for it and it covers many of the things I'm interested in. The interviewer said we would be learning about RAID and setting up network servers. It also goes into computer maintenance and repair/troubleshooting which, and this is my area. I've started researching about the different RAID configs and will be doing constant indepenent researh to keep my knowledge up-to-date.

If anyone else has done this course, what else fits into it so I can look into some reseach before the course starts?

Unless you have several spare PCs around, just wait. Nothing will beat actually screwing it all up several times over. Really, that's the best way to learn any of it, especially troubleshooting.
