um ..no.....! it's because since i am a international student, and i recently lost my password (correction: passport), i am still in the process waiting for a new one.. and i don't have any like driver's license or anything/no official paper that is. So, I am jsut wondering if I need an ID. If I do.. I'll probably get a letter from the passport office.

At BB you have to show your ID and can do a maximum of 3 returns within a 90 day period. Until January 31st BB is allowing returns without receipt for Christmas gifts, you will get BB in-store credit.
