Yeah, I actually bought my 3820TG laptop from PC Home. Google Chrome's translator pretty much made everything clear, and it charged my paypal accordingly. I got my laptop via fedex in remarkably 3 days after order here in california.

oh sorry, i didn't read your entire OP, but yeah, they do allow returns. However, their return policy is 7 business days. culturally, returning products to stores in taiwan is a very rare concept, and is only done for reasons such as RMA or exchange.

^ Yea I understand other places are like that.

I want to order something but if I dont like it and is bad, I would like to return it, I dont mind the restocking fee as if there is nothing wrong with it thats fine. But just want to know if I could do that.

Can you link where it says 7 business days and their policy? I cant for the life of me find any of this info.

Yeah but most chinese/taiwan sites are scams. I would not really trust it tbh. Buy from US or Canada at least. Not to mention shipping will be much cheaper.

Red Squirrel- that's a first i've heard lol I've bought from sites in Taiwan all the time and they've been fine. I've also bought from China, and never had a problem. I think you have asia confused with africa or something. Unlike United States websites that mainly serve the domestic market due to how huge we are, most vendors in asia and europe ship internationally, so it is not abnormal to buy from non-domestic sources when you are from there.

thescreensaver: go to any product page, eg.

and scroll down to the bottom using google translate and it will list you the terms for return, which is 7 days.
