Has any of you tried doing an RMA for your Optorite Device?

I updated my optorite Dual DVD burner yesterday night with the latest firmware (with success I might add) and so it told me to reboot. After I rebooted, the burner doesn't power up anymore. Anybody know how to RMA with optorite?

You should first RMA to the place where you buy it from, if not, check out their website.

I bought the burner in the middle of July, do you think I can still RMA through the website? Was purchased from AccuPC.com. Anybody have any experience dealing with them?
