Has AMD worked out their driver-particularly Enduro-issues?

Just wondering, as I'd kind of like a low to midrange system, and there are some great AMD choices in there, including ones that use both a separate and integrated GPU...but last I checked AMD's drivers were a disaster. Enduro was a mess, only supported on a few combinations of hardware, the microstutter issue, etc...
