it's the 720, never been used, guy was having problems getting it to to program and thought it was a computer problem. I took it and am getting the same problem.
I installed the software and set up the devices, when it goes to actually program it, the process gets to 80% and I get some "regional code error" tried it on 3 different PC's just to be sure. Obviously there's something wrong, but what can I do? I tried flashing the firmware and it never finished either. Assuming the remote needs to be RMA'ed, but maybe there's a work around?
