Hi,

I'm planning to upgrade my Linux PC (everything will be new, except the Hard Disk).

I still want to use the old hard disk, coz i have my apps there.

what is the right procedure? will i just transfer the old hard disk to the new PC? what will happen to my settings ang configurations (like my static IP address binded on my NIC)?

I need your advices..please
