Hardware to only power a USB?

I want to purchase the ANTEC tube lights that pulsate to vibrations just for fun but they are USB powered. I don't have that many USB ports to spare. Is there anything I could purchase to power the lights without buying like an external usb hub?

If you're just getting power from the USB port, you should be able to buy an adapter that plugs into the wall and provides 5 volts through a USB connection. You usually find these things among accessories for handheld devices, etc.
