I'm having problems with my Network/Internet and I'm wondering if anyone is able to help?
After a bios change which I have changed back, my firewall, punkbuster's A&B and Java's jusched.exe Service's are failing to start.
I have a backup drive with a clone of Vista from a few weeks ago and XP and after changing drives I found the same problem occurring on both OS's on that drive, with 2 different firewalls failing to start.
I reinstalled Jetico Firewall on Vista but after reboot windows loaded really slow and gave errors about logon process or something and i was unable to Ctrl Alt Del and had to hold the power button to force shutdown so I restored back.
I was thinking maybe the IRQ or something changed but neither a full bios reset or a reload from a saved bios profile will undo the change.
Although Windows is still running and both Network and Internet work, without a firewall its pointless.
I'm going to install Vista on anther drive just to check its not a hardware fault.
Any Help would be appreciated.
