Hardware related problem?? Win2k keep rebooting itself after the startup screen.

I'm going crazy here. I don't know why win2k crashed on the other pc and I can't even boot into safe mode. THe OS loads it up properly but when it passes the win2k logo screen, it gives a BSOD where I can't even see the error because it just reboots instantly. 🙁 Is there anyway I can spot the error?? I mean, make it not reboot after it BSOD?? I can go into the recovery console though, anybody knows where is the log file??

I've tried swapping hardware but it's still rebooting like a mofo.
