Hardware Questions for New Build

I'm building a new system for my GF. Got the case but thats it. Here is what I have been offered:

1gb(2Dimm) PC2700 DDR (Kingston Value Ram) - $50

ATI Radeon 9600 256ddr AGP (Not sure if this is correct. Do they make a 256 9600?) - $50

Here is what I am thinking about putting in the comp:

AMD 3700+ Skt 939 1mb - $212

Asus A8v mobo - $68.50

Various hard drive and opticals.

Here is the question: Should I purchase that used video card or should I buy this one new:

Sapphire Radeon 9800SE 128mb DDR AGP - $69

This is not for a gaming rig. She might play World of Warcraft but thats all.

I would greatly appreciate any input!

1> I would go with a mobo that has PCI-E and not AGP
2> For a little more $$$ you can go X2 on the proc

This way it's more future-proof.

Money is the main factor here. Im on a budget so thats why I didnt want to go PCI-Express. Of course whats the price diffrence on the PCI and AGP?

Simular in price if you are looking fot cheap. Check THIS out.

Do a search on newegg and choose PCI-E and sort by price. You will be amazed at how cheap some of these cards are.
