Hardware Profiles with docking stations

I have a Inspiron 5000 laptop with Windows 98 and two docking stations. The two docking stations are identical but they have different network configurations. I change the network configs in one profile but it changes them in the other. Is there any way I can have two different TCP/IP settings for the same NIC?

i'll give ya a bump here, because i know this is possible. how to do it is just eluding me right now...
