Hardware profile configuration recovery menu?

I've reformatted the hardrive. Now, everytime I start the computer up the following message appears: "Hardware profile configuration recovery menu." All that is listed is "Profile 1." It wont go anywhere from here till I hit the enter key. Does any of you know how to eliminate this? I've searched google on the subject but all I get is how to create Hardware profiles. Which is not what I need.
