hardware problems?

I have built a system with an Abit Ka7 mb, Asus V6800 GEForce ddr, Athlon 750 and 512 meg pc133 ram.
Problem is Video 200 marks are 1500 or below, system hangs in games, not a happy camper.
Tried every bios and setting, every video driver out there, every tweak, every thing I can think of short a hammer blow.🙁
Anybody got any suggestions?

It could be a driver problem...You could try running Dr. Watson to find out what is the problem with your sys when running games.
 
Check your power supply for adequacy. I had a similar problem with the V6800 GeForce DDR. Replaced the P/S with a 300w Sparkle and no more problem.

It sounds like a video problem . . . the V6800 really is a power hog.
