About a week ago i started to have some weird problems with my PC and i need some help to figure out what could be wrong with it.

Sometimes i get colorful vertical lines on my screen and computer slows down when they appear that's when my computer usually freezes or reboots. This does not happen all the time though. When i play games i get all kinds of weird colors and after about 5min of play monitor starts to flicker and game freezes. Now, it seems like it's a video card problem but could it be possible that motherboard/processor/memory causing this? When all that junk appears on the screen, sound also starts to glitch.

please give me some suggestions

oh forgot to mention that its not software problem because i reinstalled windows 2 times already and i used different drivers for video card so its definitely a hardware.
