Just wondering if there was any specific reason NE has the 7950 at $500 while Monarch is still almost $600. Is that recent? (I've been out of hardware for a while and am looking to step up)
 
most likely because NE bought more cards in bulk that Monarch did....
You have to admit....theres not thaT much gain in performance over the 7900.....
 
Currently, or period? I honestly haven't done a ton of research, but I know it's easy to sell a 7800GTX for $245ish.
