Hardware Power Consumption

Could anyone point me in the right direction as to Hardware Power Consumtion .
I have a sneaky feeling that i am almost maxed out on my 300w power supply.

You'll need to let us know what hardware and peripherals you have plugged in to your PSU

You can play around with APC's Backup Selector to determine how much juice your rig sucks up, but keep in mind they want to sell you the biggest model they can.

Sorry i never put down my rig specs as i was gonna try to look the power ratings up myself .
I have tried to search but to no avail.
so maybe y`all can take a stab at it from the following :
main board= biostar k7mia
cpu= amd 1900+
ram= 512 meg mushkin 22 ddr cas2
HS/fan = dragon orb 3 7,000 rpm
nic= netgear
sound= philips acoustic edge
scsi controller = adaptec i think its the 1960 any how its the uw160 model
hd 1 = 20 gig ibm scsi 160 10,000 rpm
hd 2 = 60 gig WD IDE ata100 7,200 rpm
std floppy of course
twin fan HD cooler for the scsi hd
front intake fan
rear exhaust fan
vid = elsa 920 ge-force 3
cd rom = plextor ultraplex 40 max scsi
cdrw = plextor plexwriter 12/4/32 scsi
running win 2000 pro
existing power supply = SH 300atx 300w
case = mid tower brand unknown
oh i don`t know if it draws power but also a sandisk usb card reader
and klipse 4.1 pro-media speakers
