Hardware options for those who lost YouTube apps???

So my pre-2013 TV and my pre-2013 3D Blu Ray player have both lost YouTube ability in their apps. (TV's Vizio, BR player's Samsung) I'm not seeing an immediate way to update those apps so my next logical thought is some kind of new hardware.

Short of buying a new TV, BR player or maybe a Roku 3.......Anybody got a cheap & easy way to achieve viewing YouTube on my TV again??

TIA!

Firetv, random android stick, and chromecast start at about $25. If it was a samsung TV, you could probably upgrade the smart functions, for a price.

Thanks for the quick reply. I wonder if chromecast wouldn't be the smartest of these to potentially guard against YouTube pulling something like this again?? (Of the Google, by the Google, for the Google?)

Thx!

Even though you are apparently still a Favre fan, I will still respond and help you out.

Get a chromeCast. One of the best dollar for dollar tech items I have ever purchased.
