Hi all,
After reading a post below I see now why my Athlon 1600+ CPU was showing up at 1050 Mhz. I have now set the FSB to 133 mhz. Will there be a performance boost? Will it run hotter?

Also, is anyone using Motherboard Monitor? If so which temps do you set with this mb?

Enquiring minds want to know:))

The CPU will run hotter, but there will be a definite performance boost.

Temps are not the issue since you would be using the cpu at the proper FSB. Then again, maybe I should say they won't be as long as you are using a heatsink, and a fan, which of course you are, right? My cpu currently reads a temp of 37c with motherboard monitor, and the Thermalright SK6 heatsink.

Using the the stock HS/fan my case temp is 40C and the CPU temp is 48C.

Your temps are certainly within AMD specs, but you could do better. I was running Seti when I posted my temps, so my CPU was running close to %100. At idle I'm running temps of 30c for the motherboard, and 35c for the CPU. This is with a room temp of 23c.
