i have this corsair 620w psu.

Hardware Monitor and SpeedFan are detecting the +12V to be 9.94V.
3V is 3.39V
5V is 5.76V

PC is stable. is it reading it correctly?
Do i have anything to worry about?

Software reading PSU voltages is is almost always 100% wrong. Use a Digital multi-meter.

Seriously, think about what you wrote........if your power supply's +12V rail was really only at +9.94V, don't you think you'd be having problems, like it wouldn't boot? Or massive stability problems?

Quit depending on software monitoring junk and use your brain for a moment......

There almost needs to be a sticky in the PSU section that says.

"Please don't come with questions about your software measured voltage readings....they are wrong"

Supernade actually has a signature of "software readings are crap" on JG.com...I am not sure if he was quoting me or not.

Get a meter as others have said.
When you do get a meter, 12V should be 11.4 - 12.6 , 5V should be 4.75 - 5.25.
Those are the absolute extremes. You really want them above the voltage they are , like 12.1 or 5.1.
